Thank you for the help on Prefixseg. But now I have come across another problem. The compile cannot find winapi.pas or winapi.ppu in my directories and therefore will not finish compiling my program. Can anyone tell me where I can get this? Sorry if this is too much of a simple question but I am new to GNU Pascal.
There is no WinAPI unit for GPC. WinAPI is Borland's own implementation of some 16-bit Windows API functions, for use in writing DOS DPMI programs. The WinAPI stuff is too platform specific to be part of GPC. Perhaps someone will write a clone of it one day - but I doubt that it will be a trivial process.
