Right now, mingw32 related discussions are on the cygwin list. That won't stop, and I don't really believe in forcing a fork anyway.
How do the people in the cygwin list think about that? I can imagine that a fork would be at least accepted by everybody.
You will have to wade through massive amounts of unrelated mail, though.

gpc/mingw32 related messages belong on the GPC list, just like gpc/linux or gpc/irix or gpc/whatever questions.
Of course. The question was about a mailing list dedicated to all mingw32 issues. Cross-mailing to the GPC list on gpc/mingw32 topics would be okay, IMHO.
Again: If a mingw32 mailing list is wanted, I can create one.
