General info on GPC is contained in its manual (included in the distribution), likewise Emacs come bundled with a lot of documentation, in particular usage instruction for the pascal-mode are available with "Describe mode" (C-h m or something similar), but I don't know of any manual which would cover the combination of GPC and Emacs.
What exactly do you need? Are you a GPC user switching from another editor to Emacs, an Emacs user starting to work with GPC, or neither?
