According to Laussy Fabrice:
It seems GPC does not allow proper debugging with GDB under Emacs when output are redirected to any tty device.
Does this only occur when debugging or does it also happen when you just redirect output to the GPC-compiled program?
It seems that the bug is due to emacs or gdb itself, because the error is that what I enter is not given properly to the program debugged, but this problem I have never encountered when debugging C code under similar circumstances, so I think GPC may be responsible for something!
I know that there are problems with the debugging informations produced by GPC. If you could post a short example of a Pascal program that behaves incorrect in the debugger, it would help us to fix the problem.
