I've trying to compile GPC 19991030 in RedHat Linux 5.2, 6.1, within then gcc 2.8.1 ( same as I did with the GPC 19990118 ) but I met that the set_word_size and set_word_big_endian in the pascal_init function in the file util.c are undeclared.
AFAIK GPC 19991030 is not tested much with gcc 2.8.1... Better switch to gcc 2.95.2 ..
I also try to compile within the gcc 2.95 source ( RH Linux 6.1 ). But there is not recognice the pascal language. Is there any suggestion?
If it does not recognise the pascal language then perhaps you got some .rej'ects while patching ?
