Well, its not the same, but you might want to use GRX. See http://www.gnu.de/software/GRX/
If you want to reuse your old programs there is within grx a (very good) bgi emulation: simply rename bgi2grx.pas to graph.pas (also inside the file), and that's it. Only very slight differences and some bonuses: support of VESA SVGA etc...
