Item Type: Note
Hello! A few days ago I started to play around with Linux -- and it is very exciting. I also played around with Sun Solaris x86 before, but there is no Pascal compiler available -- and I do not want to change to "C". Therefore I was very surprised to find GPC on my SuSE 5.1 distribution, but my happyness was only of a short time...
DOES ANYBODY HAVE SOMETHING LIKE A REFERENCE MANUAL? I experienced that my GPC v2.0 does not understand the simplest TurboPascal commands like Assign().
Maybe, I do something wrong, but because of a missing documentation I do not know the reason.
Please, point me to a location, where I get the required information.
Best wishes for Christmas,
Rainer Hantsch
