According to YUKSEL TURAN:

I wanted to use a C library to use Motif with my pascal program.To do this, I had to pass some callback functions to the C part.I tried pointers but it didn't work. So did procedural parameters.

Normally, both should work. What did you try exactly? Please send some example code, and cite the documentation how the C library wants the callback function to look like.
