Unifying error messages - Gpc

      Hello,
we are considering to unify error messages concerning
parameters.  Currently, there are (at least) two types:
error with parameter of procedure `Foo'
error with parameter to procedure `Foo'
Native speakers:  Which one shall we use in the future?
