The link is there - but you are not blind. It takes a bit of searching to find things - and I agree that better navigational guides would be nice. However, Frank is very busy,and has his hands full with GPC development - and I am not sure he has the time to do all the things that are necessary in this respect.
I'm going to move this over to the doc list and see if there is a willingnes to let some else fix that up. As I'm not sure how the web pages are created right now.

The content of all but the top page is created from the texi files. The menus are inserted by a script make-homepage, controlled by the makefile.
