At github there is updated manual (changes to earlier versions are small, but for example it contains up-to-date features list).

Do I understand you correctly:

https://github.com/hebisch/gpc is the current repository for GNU Pascal source and documentation.

If this is the case you should enable others to update the wiki.

PS: I contacted Peter Gerwinski via PM if he is still watching this mailing list and who/how somebody could be authorized to update www.gnu-pascal.de.
