Just search for DJGPP (or look at http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/ for an FTP server). GRX is in the `v2tk' subdirectory. While DJGPP is a programming environment for DOS, GRX is a portable library that works well under Linux and AFAIK under other Unices as well.
