Error at util.c

While I am compiling binaries of the GPC from its sources under the W98 =SE on Celeron 400Mhz I gave this error message from the gcc in the file =util.c : in function pascal_init : (2301) set_word_size undeclared (2303) set_words_big_endian undeclared. Before I started make (CFLAGS="-O2 -w") I use sh ./configure =--host=i586-msdosdjgpp --enable-language=pascal --prefix=d:/djgpp:

The advantage of a "wrapper" unit is, if you have (or plan to have) several programs using the library, you'll have only one place which depends on the C code (i.e., only one place to change if the C interface changes). (And it's better modularization, anyway.) The run-time efficiency will be the same for a wrapper unit with external declarations (unlike wrapper routines which suffer from a small overhead -- it depends on the routines if the overhead is relevant or neglectible). Since Solaris is proprietary, we cannot copy these files for you. So you'll have to either get access to an i386-solaris machine or order Solaris from Sun -- they distribute it for free (in the money, not freedom, sense), except for S&H. 'include' and 'lib' files

Hello, When i try to build a cross-compiler for target i386-solaris machine with host :sparc-solaris, it asks me for the lib and the include files of i386-solaris . I don't have an i386-solaris machine here.Can you tell me where i can find these 'lib' and 'include' files? Regards, anu
