There hasn't been much experience with GPC on Mac OS X up to now, but to answer your question, to the best of my knowledge, yes. Provided, of course, that Pascal "headers" have been written for these libraries (or that you write them yourself). What graphics libraries do you mean ? gtk? I know there is a public bèta of X11 for Mac OS X, but that is all I know about it.
