Cannot install gpc

Hi! I'm trying to install the binary package gpc-19990607-djgpp.zip and after uncompressing it into my djgpp directory I got the following while trying to compile: ************** C:\Ariel>gpc test.pas c:\utils\gcc\bin\ld.exe: cannot open -lgcc: No such file or directory (ENOENT) *************** I've read on the list an e-mail with a similar problem, but I do have installed gcc (version 2.95), and still get the same error.
