You might try the GPC snapshot from the Debian distribution. It is in project/experimental. It was generated with egcs and appears to work reasonably well. Several people on the linux-hams list have converted .deb packages to .rpm packages and installed them successfully.

It would be nice is someone could generate the glibc2 of gpc -I can't compile large files (i.e. kernel) due to hardware failure-. If my problem is not this, please help me.
