Yes, this comment was intended for djgpp maintainers. I sent a copy of this mail to comp.os.msdos.djgpp. Only them can give an answer, but it is better for you not to wait for their answer to make a fix. I will try your suggestions tomorrow.
Anyhow you are very near to give a version of gpc which can be built directly on djgpp, as easily as on a unix system. That's an achievement !
