A C version of Turbo Vision (not Free Vision!) is included in the SuSE Linux Distribution, so it must be available somewhere for download, probably at Borland's site.
The Free Vision library from Free Pascal does not work with GNU Pascal without further porting. If you are interested in it, be welcome to join our efforts to do that port.
